Melissa and Mathew's Camden Harbor Proposal

A picture-perfect proposal took place on the beautiful harbor of Camden, Maine. Mathew and Melissa had planned their trip to Maine for a few months, and Mathew thought it would be an excellent opportunity to pop the question.

They met through mutual friends, and the rest is history. Mathew found us on Google as they were traveling to Maine from Texas, and he had never been to the area. He mentioned that Melissa had made a reservation at Peter Ott's Restaurant, and he thought it would be a good location for everything to happen. I assured him of the picturesque harbor and mountains in the backdrop, and it was definitely a good choice. Carl and I acted like tourists, and then Mathew said to Carl, "Excuse me, sir, could you take a picture of me and my girlfriend with my cellphone?" That got them up and away from the table so he could drop to one knee. She said "Yes"!
